We moved, in the middle of the pandemic, clear across the country without a visit to Florida. Steven Jessings was located because he worked for a ReMax firm here in Spring Hill. The entire transaction, down to the closing, was done long distance with Steve's assistance. He is a strong professional and was always available to answer our questions and keep the ball rolling. Selecting a realtor to work with when selling the family house was such an important decision. Steve was great at his job and very patient, he also sold us our last house. He explained procedures of buying and selling a house. My dad passed away and we needed to sell his house. We noticed Steven was selling other homes in the neighborhood and decided to give him a call. He explained to us his method of selling a house and his successful track record of selling homes in the neighborhood. The house needed a thorough cleaning and we wanted to have the interior painted. Living out of state and not knowing anybody local, Steven recommended a house cleaner and painter to do the work. The excellent job they did absolutely helped the house to sell. As the offers started to come in, we relied on his expertise on whether the terms of the offer were good or not. It took about 3 months before we accepted an offer and thought that was quick considering the effect the virus is having on the economy.
